  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Final sale items (see below) cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (helps us improve our high-leg bikinis and other styles!)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please don’t send returns without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email if preferred

Final Sale Items

To maintain the premium quality of our most exclusive designs, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All rhinestone flip flops (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made crochet bikinis (made-to-order)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” during special promotions

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs/duties fees cannot be refunded
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your halter top bikini or monokini arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
